Saxophone Advent Concert—Sunday, November 29, 2026
On November 29, 2026—the first Sunday of Advent—music will fill the air at Lake Bostal: As part of the SEEZEIT KULTUR festival, the saxophone quartet Art4SAX will perform at the Seezeitlodge. Starting at 3:30 p.m., the lower lobby and library will serve as the stage for a special Advent concert.
The four musicians of Art4SAX are united by their long-standing passion for the saxophone. They have honed their musical expertise through studies in Hanover, Luxembourg, Brussels, Maastricht, and Fredonia (USA), among other places. They have also collaborated with renowned saxophonists such as Arno Bornkamp and Alain Crepin and have extensive experience in orchestras, ensembles, and chamber music.
On the first Sunday of Advent, a varied program featuring well-known melodies and special arrangements will create a festive pre-Christmas atmosphere. The program includes “Deck the Hall,” “A Christmas Collage,” and Ennio Morricone’s “Gabriel’s Oboe”—all interpreted through the multifaceted sound of a saxophone quartet.
Throughout the concert, guests can enjoy fresh waffles and a fine selection of hot beverages.
