This love of genuine culinary craftsmanship is evident in our in-house bakery and patisserie, where every day brings new delights made with patience and care from the finest ingredients.

In our bakery, fresh baked goods are crafted daily. Guest favourites include our farmhouse loaves, whole-grain breads, and the dinner bread served each evening at LUMI. Our master bakers believe that good bread takes time. Their philosophy rests on three principles: Patience – every dough is given time to rise naturally. Character – each loaf is one of a kind. Tradition – time-honoured craftsmanship meets fresh ideas.
