A spirited tribute to Seezeitlodge
A gin inspired by Celtic tradition and the unique atmosphere of Bar NOX – this is our in-house Equinox Gin. After more than six months of creative development, our bar manager, Andreas Wendel, has created a distillate that captures the soul of Seezeitlodge.
Equinox Gin –
infused with Celtic power
The base is classic juniper, but the secret is in the detail: the macerate is refined with ash tree bark – the tree known in Norse mythology as Yggdrasil, the world tree. Eighteen additional botanicals, including coriander, catnip, wormwood, and mugwort, were picked straight from our own herb garden and add distinct depth.
